Lots of "get rich quick" gurus out there about buying deals with no money down or "creative financing" that when you peel back the curtain you realize is a scam used to sell courses online. 

Crazily though, last week I got closing documents that had none of the lender fees - the closing company hadn't communicated with the lender in weeks and completely forgot there was a lender involved.

They can barley scrape up a downpayment let alone any commission...This "news" really just protects the rich more than anything.
