If wholesaling did not make you any money why are there countless of wholesaling businesses that are making a  killing without selling courses?!

I'm from NY originally, still have relatives in Jersey, knew a few wise guys and spent countless nights at the Bada Bing. ;)Anyway, at first blush that deal doesn't sound enticing enough to do a sandwich lease. 

I only went through the Morris Invest website to get this discount.SIDENOTE: I personally would never use Morris Invest to buy investment properties because of the countless horror stories I’ve read about the company here on BiggerPockets and various YouTube videos.

I play video games, and I lead a very productive life and invest in real estate.I missed it if Account Closed said he is a gamer who expects to make money off of it, but come on - there is nothing wrong with taking some time to relax sometimes, and some of us enjoy using video games for that :-)

Have you noticed the countless case studies of six-figure earners who reach FI much slower than people making half as much?

You’ll be wealthier for sure, but if all I want to do is stack $36,000 of rental income on top of my pension, then doesn’t fewer paid off doors give me less headaches than the countless hours it took to build what you currently have?

I am a firm believer that businesses who don't take care of their customers will fail over time (countless examples prove this).
