Crazy about the cheese-it’s!

We meet just down the street from Bethalto at Polly's Restaurant in Cottage Hills.

My properties don't work in this scenario, they are mostly a house and cottage on the same lot with a long-term tenant in the other house, and I won't allow people without background checks to rent, period. 

I'm not sure about Boston proper but I have a friend on the Cape who has a little cottage industry working with RE agents that have to permit / bring up to code existing renovations that were never permitted. 

The absolute best Cuban sandwich and guava and cheese pastries I've ever had were from the Cuba Bakery on Mount Prospect (recommended to me by a Cuban former coworker).

My grandparents had a cottage there from the 50's to the late 80's, so I spent my summers there growing up, and still go on vacation there almost every summer. 

Basically it's 2 structures, one big one with 6 bedrooms and another cottage with 2 bedrooms and maybe future potential for 3. 

In short, this used to be a quiet, cottage industry largely operating without much fuss. 

It's one of the older smaller 'beachy' cottages so no frills but it was built to be simple/affordable and most guests appreciate that. 

You can make a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches with it as well.
