I mean can you consistently provide an industry standard finished product similat to what the licensed trades would provice)

Since I lived in Wichita years ago I decided to give it a shot and so far it’s been good.

A child gets exposed to fentanyl in the property, CO poisoning, or someone gets shot in the property and then landlord gets sued.

And for an OOS, I always advise to keep things simple at start, don't get greedy, go for quality and consistency, then work on maximizing monetization later.
