I've had dozens of marijuana smokers in my rentals over the years and i can't think of a single one that I would consider a good tenant. 

I know that smokers are not considered a protected class, but I was wondering where I can find more information on this.

It has really been helpful when we need to turn a smoker's den into a clean apartment.

We will review several applications at the same time, but will only charge the application fee to the ones we fully process, starting with the one that scores the highest against our rental criteria.We also are not shy about stating that we do not rent to smokers and illicit drug users... we discriminate against them, they are not a protected class.

Many times I’ve seen panhandlers preying on middle class to buy booze and drugs while smoking a cigarette talking on a $900 phone .

The game pieces can be a beer can ,a syringe ,and cigarette  

I am worried that it has infiltrated everything.HEAVY, i mean HEAVY cigar smoker (butts and shaved ends everywhere)...

Is it possible that cigarette smoke is the culprit?

Do you guys come across annoying smoke stains on your windows? I am at my wit's end getting rid of them. Anyone out here who can suggest natural remedies?All suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I have never had first hand experience with curry, but cat piss, smokers, animal feces Etc I have.
