We have in-house financing, handle the out-sale once the project is completed, and work with a strong network of agents, lenders, and contractors who understand investor deals.We also do our own flips and ground-up developments, so we know the process inside and out.

If you have worked with a company that handled everything for you- vs making your own deal/team/etc, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
