@Michael Klinger  As others posted, SoFi and Discover personal loans are good options and I've used them in the past.  2-3 business days from application to funds in my checking account. 

You have to be a serious individual that takes care business.

Allowing the team to assist in some of my "Busy" work, so I can handle more productive tasks. 3.)

Do they know real estate business and real estate taxation?

Definitely a bad way to do business. 

Are you building for pure investment purposes or are you looking to use some of the space for personal/personal business use?

I'd like to keep savings and be able to hire out some of the work (something we have not done in the past).My thoughts are to put both into an LLC and look for investors or a business loan, and purchase and move to a new home.

This lender is probably in the residential niche and is trying to get your business for a loan.

If the handyman can’t get those things done in that amount of time they have no business being a handyman.
