Everything including things not meant for the gd will be trash.One LL had to replace a gd that the tenant had but beer bottle caps in.

@Orlando Paz  instead of a Del dotto RE course I think a bottle of Del Dotto Napa Cab would be more appropriate

I personally didn't think it was in bad shape, but I refinished it and left her a nice note with a bottle of wine and some bath soaps.

Think of your primary residence the way you would like a good car or a nice bottle of wine.

I also do all of my own work but I have never attempted concrete counters - I'd love to get some pointers, especially how you incorporated your own beer bottle glass into the counters!
