I heard a blogger interview Jason Hartman in a podcast the other day, and it got me thinking about the potential of investing in lower cost states (I live in Southern California). 

Hi, I was wondering why no affiliate program set up for bloggers to promote your outstanding products and member services?

I currently do guest teaching, property management, rental income and real estate sales, I am co-owner in a corporate business, a caregiver and most recently, a blogger.

It's great to hear that some companies or bloggers might be starting to track and make this info available.One small thing to keep in mind is that availability calendars might be marked as "reserved" because the owners themselves are using the property for a week, a month, a season, etc.

An early retirement blogger I read lives there and recommends it as a nice place for early "retirement" / financial independence.

Budgets Are Sexy is great for ideas on getting your financial house in order, Afford Anything is written by a blogger who used real estate to retire early and travel the world and has been a guest on the BP podcast, Mr.

I like BP because it keeps on pushing other real estate information marketers / podcasters / bloggers to step up their game and deliver better content.  

Is this for investment or for your personal residence (BP'ers call that "house-hacking", a term coined by a BP blogger)?
