Jason Hartman University experiences?
Hi Guys,
Newbie here trying to learn more about the RE world. I heard a blogger interview Jason Hartman in a podcast the other day, and it got me thinking about the potential of investing in lower cost states (I live in Southern California).
Does anyone have experience attending Jason Hartman University events? Wondering if its worth it as a general overview of investing in RE. I assume many of the BP free resources would cover some of the same topics, but a "classroom" type of environment might be more effective in picking up all the concepts.
