Available terms, interest rates, overall goals should determine how much you want to finance on properties. 

Is that available to scale up and if there are investors,  resources to manage that side if the business.I imagine a $60M/year Lending business will need systems in place and more than 1 extra person.

The be honest my experience hasn't been all that great so far. 100PF is currently looking for another deal that meets my available finances.

Just use common sense.When you get a request that asks if it is available when a quick look at the calendar or the inquiry show it is available then you should be on the look out.

Ideally your cleaner should have enough other work so that doing your property is available in their schedule but not required for them to pay their bills.

(Higher return is available but at a MUCH higher risk).
