Personally, honesty and authenticity goes a LONG way in business, personal, and just about every area of life.

I'm a stylist who designs national ad campaigns for brands like Nike and Amazon. 

If someone randomly reached out to you and said I get deals etc etc you might be skeptical but if they had a current deal in the area, you would most likely feel they are more authentic and that they actually have deals (in other words, you are not wasting time talking to them).

It seems like real estate agents have every incentive to overestimate rents and neighborhoods, so I feel like property managers would give authentic information.I'd love your thoughts and suggestions. 

We started using an encryption service at the end of last year of which also screens emails and attachments for authenticity.

I really like WashCo (hard to argue Intel and Nike as employers) and Yamhill county (I think there is still a lot more of price appreciation there) better.
