In many states (but not my state) you can get them removed from the property immediately at end of lease.  

So at end of day congratulations, you got a property for too much, a reno that took 2x longer then need be at 3x cost could have been, and an investment that's now performing at the wonderful mark of only loosing how ever many hundreds per month. 

When these comps come out at end of Q2, top of Q3 23 it'll be interesting.

If you have a new systems you don't need as much upfront, if the systems are at end of life you need to adjust your budget accordingly.
