I'm ashamed to admit that I only recently attended my first REAPS meeting- it was fantastic.

It seems a bit of a shame to just let it sit there...  

It's a shame what some people would do though but it is what it is. 

I was a newbie 4 years ago and was ashamed to ask dumb questions but people asking where you work, they just want an opportunity.

It's a shame you used your new listing boost before you were ready.

I have a commission agreement signed along with buyer registration prior to bringing an offer or touring.It's a shame there isn't simply a standard policy of how to execute offers in a non-bias way and in the best interest to all parties.  

Never be ashamed of an offer you put out.

I was planning on staying in the job for the next year and a half to get vested in the pension (would be a shame to walk away from it).

Its always a much better experience than a hotel.I do not have much experience with homeaway which I am ashamed of.

Erika,A good rule of thumb (since you are an investor) is: "If you aren't ashamed by your first offer, you offered too much". $250K is only about 5 1/2% lower than asking.
