This may be by far the most efficient way to get responses and be a step ahead of others as the MLS and Sheriff auctions are a thing for amateurs and seasoned investors.

Though you have to ask yourself just what kind of agent Redfin is going to attract - and how motivated they'll be to hustle for you when they're paid on salary instead of 100% commission, like me.As a buyer, you must be a rank amateur to agree to walk into the buzz saw unrepresented. 

(Caveat - I’m assuming that like me, most are not amateur photographers, etc)

@David Santana if it takes 6-8 months to evict someone then you really shouldn't be managing your own property.Thomas, there are too many unknowns for an amateur Landlord and you don't want to be tied up and making a big mistake that could cost you more.

That is not a viable strategy that is for amateurs.  

They are shady, sloppy, eye pollution, and they make you look like a scammer or amateur.

But, let the amateurs think real estate investing analysis is as simple as moving the decimal point a few places to the left.I would not set a goal to purchase a property by the end of the year.
