My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

In the lease termination, state the legal reason (compliant to Ab1482) for the lease termination and also state the that they will be provided one month rent at move out (AB1482 dives allow for GP forgiving the last month’s rent, but this has more risk in condition tenant does not vacate).

If you were to find mid-term rentals, I would suggest filling it up with Short Term Rental bookings in between MTR bookings Vegas has pretty strict STR rules thats why folks go MTR there and the HOAs as well most wont allow them unless its in a condotel type thing.
