EMD's (exact match domains) carry very little weight anymore for the search engines algorithms.

(In fact, when the  CEO of Zillow's house was on the market, his own company had a very off-base Zestimate.)Zillow is offering $1.2 million to anyone who can come up with an algorithm that improves the estimating feature.

Is it just an algorithm that makes an educated guess based upon the mortgage amortization period, origination date, and purchase price?

Steven, I have been working on a rehab cost estimating calculator that is algorithmically based (meaning it does not require very much user knowledge or input to generate a ballpark budget). 

If it was simple, the algorithms of the automated valuation models and zestimates would be accurate.

The algorithm we (and/or I, personally) use implements a multiplicative attribute screening function that eliminates borrowers and/or deals that haven't thought out or flushed out the details of their project.
