At this point, from what I've seen, there hasn't been enough demand from the market to push cities or counties to put up any serious hurdles to slow it down.

I put property taxes 6k/year on each(Even though that's way higher then what it actually is, but the county tax estimate says its around that much for each) and for insurance, I just put 1,100/year on each.If there's more info needed let me know.

Other areas constantly threaten to curtail the ability to use homes for str whereas sevier county is based on the rental of cabins and they have zoning that can never be rescinded to guarantee it.
