If they pass all of the checks and have the proper income then they have a shot at moving in.

I did check Loopnet and it's all listed for sale by brokers and agents, so I don't think it is off-market -- right?

for folks in So cal  I think Vegas is a great choice   1. you can drive there   keep in mind flying to other parts of the country to check on property is going to eat up 1 months rent if you go annually.2.

Also check our at least a few of the other MHP syndicators and fund operators to compare.

You have VA loan eligibility, you have (I assume) a service-connected disability check every month which you would use as your income.

(They claimed thousands for electrical using what appeared to be a fake electrical company, and they never had someone out to even check electrical beyond the general.)
