That led me to meeting some guys in Sweden that led to the printing business we own today and the properties I have been able to purchase etc etc, it all compounds if you are truly focused on making it happen.

So, unless you are only doing upgrades for your gay tenants, and refusing to do any upgrades for your heterosexual tenants, for instance, I can't see any basis for discrimination regarding upgrades in units.It took me a while, but I learned some pat responses to things tenants might say or ask for.

We finally have gay marriage in CA and the Department of Veterans Affairs is no longer in the stone age, but I used to have to engage in completely stupid shenanigans (lawful shenanigans, but still clearly shenanigans) to be able to count the income of a gay veteran's significant other when using a VA Loan.

Recently ran by ex owner for 9 years, creating a complex known as "last chance arms" for tenants with multiple felonies who couldn't go anywhere else but there or become homeless.My favorite so far is a openly gay cross dressing man apply for a unit, who I was walking through the application as I don't care what you do as long as you qualify.
