@Elias Azo, I suppose I'm a biased real estate agent, so take everything I say with a grain of salt; however, I would highly encourage you to pursue/accomplish your first house hack during Q4 or by the end of this year.

Also we give guests check-out instructions the afternoon before they're supposed to leave.
