I have wanted to join the field of real estate for sometime now but after looking at postings on LinkedIn I have noticed that I am very much under qualified compared to the other applicant submissions who all have degrees and marketing experience.

Most HA's accept request as long as it has been a year but a few requires submission 60 days before Anniversary month(which is sometimes not the same as lease renewal month). 

The steps I am thinking to take for planning, designing and construction are:Hire an appraiser to appraise the property for best and optimum use, and for potential rental/sell returns.Hire engineer/architect for plan preparation and approval by the county and my help in selecting builders or (GC) and submission of project plan to loan agencies.Select and hire builders or GC.I need information books and articles to review, spreadsheet software that are useful and for general strategies to follow.Thank you,

We generally include the inspection report and appraisal in our submission to an underwriter for the purposes of avoiding this type of unlikely scenario.That being said I am not a legal expert and have no experience doing business in Maryland.

this was able to be monitored having a central corporate office generate the submissions to the credit check company in the order received. 

Unless Seller and Buyer mutually agree within five (5) days from such submission as to how (and by what contractor) such items shall be remedied, after which, for the next (2) days, the Buyer shall have right to terminate this Contract (and have Buyer's earnest money refunded)  Notice of termination shall be given in the manner provided in the Contract for giving notices.  

Follow the submission guidelines the lender has put in place.

But i'm currently using 99designs.com to run a design contest and getting some pretty awesome submissions.
