Had to ruin my credit to stay afloat during quarantine 1 and 2 (here in California).

People are tired of being quarantined and Florida is a state that welcomes large groups to vacation together.

My advice would be, once the quarantine ends, attend as many monthly investor meetups as you can.   

They host multi-family real estate investing meet-ups throughout the country, and during the quarantine, they are providing incredible value virtually.

Bull, bear, recession, depression, quarantine dont affect my naps period.

Needless to say...several hours in the emergency room, the dog had to be quarantined....I'm a huge dog lover, but now very nervous about pit bulls.

During quarantine in spring I read rei books etc and was very productive.
