@Richard Licon-  likely not  worth the paper its  printed on ...if the course has taught you something - but if the only reason you are  considering it is to get the certification - dont bother 

I love all the debt funds where investors are saying "first position secured liens" - well yes that is what THEY invest in, but read the fine print that states "your investment is unsecured and not tied to any of the liens"....

You present them with a notebook of rental comps and the rentometer print out and ask them to suggest their new rent.

Others aren't worth the paper they are printed on. 2-3 years to fill is a number that you'd use for a market that has existing demand. 

If they prefer simple printed checklists, Podio, Buildertrend, Clickup, whatever ~ you should use that AND that team should be able to keep you very up to date on the projects using those solutions. 

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

Once the development phase is completed minus the last part which is pull permit for the build, you have a building blue print in your hand, you can send the site plan and building plans out to your local builders for bids on the build.
