Now if you have something like a handicap ramp, I would include that in your property description.

I'm still young and don't have kids, I can't think of any reason to buy a large home with no potential investment possibility, it would financially handicap my future and lifestyle of eating out and travel.  

Is 2.5 months enough time for a person with this handicap to find a rental?

Its good to run their credit, see their total monthly income is no more than 1/3 of the rent, also ask for references from past landlord, also ask for a ledger from the landlord(now some might not keep one, but basically it is a report of when they paid their rent and any additional charges such as late fees and deductions from security deposit ) Don't forget "Property owners and managers are subject to the federal Fair Housing Act, which prohibits "any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination."

You can choose not to rent to someone because they are a woman, or gay, or Christian, handicapped, or white.

We are preparing to sell our first investment property, which is a large handicap-accessible lodging house (8 BD/2 bath plus 2 extra ensuites, workout room, etc.)

After 2 decades of this culture I returned to civilian life with the "judgment handicap" of honesty in a largely marketing saturated, mildly deceptive and manipulated capitalism coated reality.  

Can I not permit someone for the handicap parking and the empty space next to it?
