Finally I hired an attorney and sent out a demand letter demanding payment to reinstate or I'd take possession. 

But out of their ashes, we've risen, possessing a diversified economy of a constellation of companies largely made up of recession resistant sectors like education and healthcare.Some key stats:Employment rate across all sectors is up 1.54% which is well above the 10 year average of just 0.15% according to Oxford Economics.Also median household income is up 3.3% over the last 12 months which will continue to undergird rent price stability.

I’m not looking for back rent just possession.

The ratio of mail that wants my money, my possessions, my vote - compared to the mail that wants my time, my attention, my presence - tells me society has only two expectations for me: spend money or get out of the way.

I contacted the Realtor and asked what improvements have been made, and if the current month-to-month tenants are able to move out by time of possession (I dont want to inherent tenants).  

I'll post some before pictures as soon as we take possession so anyone interested can follow along from purchase through rehab until it's rented.

Ultimately I'd like to find a G.C that can handle my projects, from demo to final finish.I'm looking to build a long term relationship with a company that possesses the following: Fair pricing, timely & efficient, communicative, can get the job done on time & on budget.

Much of the work that I have done is in the marketing and sales and much of the research I have done says that these are a big part of the skill sets that you need which I know that I do possess.
