If this is simply you not wanting to accept partial payments and the rent is current, stop accepting it - and send a Lease Violation/Notice of Quit for Non-Payment of Rent - and force the full rent to be paid per the lease or start eviction.

They are more like an investment club / provide coaching (I am guessing for a fee) but I as a sponsor was told we don’t get any fee or have to provide any kickbackSomeone I know who is a member noted they do not act as investment advisors or provide investment advice nor are paid based on specific investments but I am sure someone can Confirm this I wonder how they get paid then.. ???

Non-renewal notice sent today and posted on their door, allowing for them to leave anytime between Feb 1 and March 31 with a refund of their rent on a per diem basis (if they've paid for that month).

There is a flaw in the business model and thier internal processes need a lot of work.First the good,Yes, I got paid every month.Nomad found me good renters.Next the badDue to needing to make the guaranteed rent they rented my unit below market valueIn communicating with Nomad they were disorganized, often sending conflicting messages and not alignedNomad offered to find me a repair company, that compnany charged $400 for a $25 dollar part and I was stuck with Nomad saying "not their problem" and the vendor saying Nomad was the client not me.Nomad was horrible to my renters as their property management term ended.
