Needless to say this process has been really difficult. 

Needless to say we are very pleased with this outcome and feel confident the appraisal will support it.  

Although I only have experience with "Lease and option to buy" here in Canada, I might can add some general points:One advantage is that you need less property management, because the tenant has the intention to buy the house later.

Came to PM asking about lack of cash flow maybe I wasn't pointed enough in my questioning and yes I'm easily intimidated by my PM and her staff (who often treat me like crap or act irritated when I ask questions or want to argue a point) Needless to say, I was told what I wanted to hear and it all adds up on paper  but the question remains of why I still am not profiting rather than maintaining.

But if it goes bad, the owners get sucked into the drama needlessly.

Needless to say, they want double beyond that and never contacted me.

Needless to say the occupant did not follow the promissory note and has defaulted. 

(you can notice the reaction in a persons face when you use their name, it's quite interesting to pay attention to.)Needless to say I left the property me and the agent along with her husband (also an agent) stood on the corner of the street, while I contemplated in my head what I wanted to do.

We don't double close here, needless to say.
