After reading the other comments, I feel like you hit the nail on the head!

If he smells the odor when using the tub, or taking a shower the problem is most-likely coming from that black slimy mildew, mold, fungus, or whatever you want to call it that is between the shower door tracks, if the tub has shower doors.

Doesn't mean you can drive a nail straight, but means you're a decent fellow..... 

Other wise it will only do damage in my opinion.This is but MY personal preference and this doesn't mean what I say on this matter is factually correct.Other than that, you nailed it.

Joe that is the way its suppose to work and exactly how we did our sub toos  as you point out though when this technique starts to get marketed to the NO money no Credit RE crowd its going to cause some severe headaches for Sellers and Buyers.you hit the nail on the head of Chris's situation I am guessing and if I was buying paper like his fund does I would do EXCATLY what he is doing buy discount have the right to accelerate and get cashed out spins the APR meter dramatically for an investor or a fund.

We started tear down in Nov and framing started 7th of Dec. it took way longer than expected since I’m a GC and used my own guys, I put a nail in my hand and other guy had a baby plus holiday time it was way off….. **** happens I guess.
