Sounds like a can't lose proposition to me.That said, I believe the millennial generation will be a generation that rents far longer into their life than their parents did as they are waiting longer to marry and tend to be more transient in their 20's than their parents were.

Far too many parents simply give their kids handouts and they have grown up to be the overly entitled millennials of today.

Now many millennials and baby boomers are looking to just pass all that hassle on to hoa and be just fine with that.

Studies show that most millennials want to own homes eventually and they are only just now getting to a place in their lives where they are able to.Income and median household price disparity is greater now than in was in the housing crashResearch shows that income increases at the high end of the income spectrum can increase prices for lower end homes.  

I am not a millennial and I love the concepts of Airbnb and Uber because it give consumers (me) more options.

The majority of our renters have been young millennials from both west and east coast and they don't seem to have a problem paying rent. 

At just the click of a button, hundreds if not thousands of people can be informed about your business, promotions and or deals in seconds, and if they don’t see it the minute you post they’re bound to see it at some point as majority of people, specifically millennials spend almost two hours a day on social media sites.

For example, will we see a movement from our large urban centers like NYC to millennial cities like Nashville, Austin or Boise? 

With "The Great Wealth Transfer" According to Forbes, some experts are estimating that somewhere between $30 trillion to $68 trillion dollars will be shifted from baby boomers, people born between 1946 and 1964, to Generation X (1965-1980) and millennials (1981-1996).My client's $1M+ portfolio is a portion of that current transfer.

I'm a stereotypical millennial professional: still leaching off the parents by living at home.
