hi guys, While I'm very succefull in the area I work in (music), I'm looking to build a real estate portfolio which would earn me 10K+ per month.  

It's definitely 'sexy' again.Do you think the music is going to stop soon?  

The upstairs tenant had sent me an e mail complaining that they still hadn't quieted down, in fact they turned the music up nd were still loud as of 4 am.  

From slamming the door every time she came in and out the house to playing loud music 24/7. 3 years after buying we finally decided to sell the house.

College kids want to listen to loud music, drink some beer on a porch, and have a good experience.

I had been working in the Music Industry for the past five years, but after getting married in October 2015 I realized that the Music Industry is a single man's game and I decided I wanted to transition into a different career. 

Passions are developed with experiences...just like music.

Thank you @Chris Music and @Julia Blythe, I thought that was the case being common sense but I had a conversation with another flipper and he said to leave it as is...I appreciate the feed back.

In the next year, I want to see myself doing real estate full time; eventually building a business that will allow me to have time to make music and travel.
