I'm moving to Melbourne Florida and I'll be looking for sfr within the next 6 months to hold and rent in the area.

It's mainly dominated by SFRs and then there are a lot of condos in the general area once you get closer to the beach and also in older Melbourne.

I'm also open to looking around Jacksonville, FL as it's just a few hours north of me in Melbourne, FL.
