I am trying to partner up with somebody else to do me the legwork would be needed in the future fix and flip transactions i probably will do out of the state when i am absent , including which is the most important thing is to watch the rehab process and contractors progress anybody has an idea how to setup that king of relation and contracting ?

That doesn't count (and I had to sign something that I would never reveal how much money I walked away with).2) I use to be the king of the short sales in 2009 until they passed some laws that basically made going after pre-foreclosures very risky.

But there are a lot of markets where shacks pull a million, and that is obviously a location is king issue.I'm not too far from you, and I can tell you my experience buying and selling is that Sf is far more important than lot size around here.
