There are plenty of people on this and other forums who are very opposed to spending money on education that they believe can be obtained without the personal interface.

I had been out of the loop for a while and I am aware of the new BP interface.

It has an interface that shows me which leads need to be followed up on for the day.

If they do, and you can navigate through the obtuse interfaces these systems often have, you should be able to find all the records for the property.

Some title companies also have a web interface for you to pull comps (e.g. fidelitypassport) but they usually limit the number of comps you can pull.

+1 on the iphone - it's so refined and the interface such a pleasure to use.
