Best Online Management Software

Does anybody have suggestions for good online based management software? We are a relatively small company but are about to grow significantly. I have been thinking about upgrading to a better management software, one that includes portals for clients and for tenants to pay online. I wanted to ask the Bigger Pockets community for some advice and also how the transition process went. I am worried transferring all my current data from my current software will be a disaster.
