This dislike towards "middlemen" is founded on subjective morals instead of objective reasoning.

I live in Columbus Ohio but does anybody know a bank that does HELOCs on Investment properties and if so, and you have used one before to rehab or buy other deals what did you like/dislike about this loan?

Also dislike for killing things unnecessarily, using pesticide in the home, and it not making sense why pest resistance standards can’t be better.

CPAs/tax professionals strongly dislike doing these forms.

You’re correct sometimes I ask myself how can you get up everyday and go to a job you dislike, surrounded by people you dislike to make chump change but you can’t get up n work for your future!

I am selling now to take advantage of not paying cap gains (and I dislike knowing that assessments are coming that I don't have control over). 

They'll tell you what their likes and dislikes are for things such as the market, needed occupancy level, tolerance for deferred maintenance, etc.
