We have literally thousands and thousands of jobs being created right now between different developments, new cash heavy businesses that will bring more investors, not to mention all the investors that have been flocking here ever since Covid.

You could put in a range of numbers for purchase price and closing costs, renovation expenses, and expected returns and you could very quickly get a range of projected return on investments (although an excel spreadsheet could easily do this as well), but I'm sure as technology develops we will see even more sophistication in AI's ability to assist in deal analyzing.

In the future, we aim to get into fixer-uppers, development, etc., but for now, we like to only consider semi-stabilized (with minimal deferred maintenance) or fully stabilized, cash-flowing properties.
