Have a master entity, a corporation, that manages a series LLC and one other holding LLC.

You can skiptrace LLC’s on open corporate and the direct owner on truepeoplesearch and make a list that way too. 

But generally speaking the training business is just like any other small to mid size corporation.. you only have one owner or CEO and they manage folks under them..

So, investing on the side is the way to go - it certainly was for me and it took me 8 years before I was confident that I can quit my corporate job.

@Marc Shin You can take advantage of bonus depreciation on a short-term rental (STR) even if you purchase it through an LLC, as long as the LLC is a not C-corp or S-corp. 

got it, but the business entity in question wether LLC, corp, or whatever the case... does it need to be 100% owned by my wife since she can position herself as "full time" investor as I'm a full time W2 employee currently.
