This would ideally include a video doorbell with an app that can manage both and see the cameras/recordings for both systems.

I don’t  know you but in my experience those people have a fear or doubt in their own abilities and want to know if this will get them over that hump to reap benefits they’re looking for. example: I know plenty of people who swear by drinking apple cider vinegar every morning and the benefits - but that isn’t for me and that’s fine.

I started doing a little research and saw that Doorloop was a highly rated app, and has a ton of features like tenants ability to submit work orders for issues, collect rent with late payments automatically figured in upon payment, talk back and forth with your tenants, send out messages/notices to one or all tenants at once, sync with quickbooks, etc.

Though the tenant did report the app was difficult to use, especially from a phone.

I work on the north side of Chicago so its a differant market but here when a rental is priced right we typically have atleast 3 apps in the first week.

The more stuff (toys, decor, shoes, software apps, employees, etc), the less joy I experience.

local FB groups and the Next door app have worked well for me.

Today I looked on another site pennymac to see the value it said and there was no information for the address of my property but when I added #2 to the address and it was able to come up with an estimate for my property.Do I need to be concerned that these apps are showing my property with the wrong address?

If you buy them online in bulk they're really cheap and I think it makes a huge difference.Lastly, DoorDash and other apps like it are incredibly useful.
