I think it will be a neat to see how it positively impacts the city.”It’s been a long, complex journey for the Church family, filled with different iterations of what new life at Chronicle Mill would look like.Add the uncertainty of the pandemic and a seemingly gradual approach to normalcy, Church now watches the challenges surrounding Chronicle Mill steadily resolving following nearly a decade of devotion to the concept.

The best learning is to continue the iterative process of reading/connecting with others in the space and then putting the lessons into action.

I find it very odd, and a bit annoying @Sebastian Bennett that in Real Estate Investing, which is not actually real estate INVESTING in true definition but instead Real Estate BUSINESS, I find it odd and annoying how the words used are "Mentorship", that than details a desire for a Franchise System, and providers deliver various iterations of Consulting. 

To clarify, my previous responses are not meant for the "google research expert"  who displays a great "copy and paste" agility in order to share half baked ideas. 

At the end of the day, the first iteration of innovation is often clunky and worse than the status quo.

Make sure they're responsive, agile, appropriately staffed, etc.

Having cash in hand is going to become even more important and the agile investor usually gets the best deals whether that means reinvesting the money into additional properties or paying off your current ones.I think the key points that this scenario is bringing up is that like rarely goes as planned so its important to have as many options as possible and the ability to lock these interest rates in for 30 years is truly incredible (incredibly stupid on behalf of the bank but thats another topic).This is basically the definition of leverage.
