Also, closer to Baltimore Pike is more attractive I have heard as there are transportation options there connecting to downtown.With that said, Cobbs Creek is still a big area, have to narrow down your area you wanna invest in.

Just don't pay the frauds "Corporate Records Service" on Harding Pike that tell you you have to do your corporate minutes.

I have lived in Colorado Springs for 7 years and in the Pikes Peak region for about 10 and I now manage Vacation Rentals/STRs like Airbnb/VRBO.

It is off of Carters Creek Pike. 

The agents were also very pleased as small things that are different per region (for me it was a spring water source) would have been a hassle to get through a MA or nationwide lender but a VT lender is used to that.

The first is McCordsville is right off Pendleton Pike and is an 4 minute drive to Oaklandon shopping area, in Indianapolis, with plenty of employment opportunity for renters.
