If your city changes it's short-term rental policy, then it's up to you to find a loophole.

In this town you can't build downtown without the 1st floor being commercial- would be a huge loophole if it were true- which it isn't.

So at this point I'm just trying to get some out of the box ideas or loopholes here.

This is not an area you want to look for loopholes, indirect prohibited transaction IS a prohibited transaction.
