My advise would be to focus on analysing a business thoroughly and not quickly before making an investment decision.Naturally there specifics to different industries which one needs to know to evaluate the quality of a revenue stream; the reasonableness of operating expenses; and whether the debt load being carried is appropriate, but the mathematical callisthenics are the same.Screening a property, or business, to see whether it warrants further examination is a different matter.

I will say I was put off by the way he reached out, as well as him expecting a commission for simply accompanying an applicant to a showing that had been coordinated without his input; but I don’t want to ever be perceived as rude or unprofessional, regardless of if I feel it’s warranted.

Owner/property manager needs to file the paperwork for a judgment for possession if for non payment of rent or for anything else one needs to file a notice to cease and than a notice to quit and than you may file eviction paperwork.Once you have been awarded judgment for possession you need to file the certification on same day and than wait 3 business days and file your warrant for removal.
