No pickup cash.Number 1 it's not safe for your property manager and invites a criminal act against them for robbery.Number 2 some PM's have stolen money in the past and it is tempting for them when life's  problems are staring them in the face.I had an issue years ago where a tenant that pays late but normally pays the rent had not came in.

It's definitely alluring looking at some of those numbers on units like that, but I decided that if I can't feel comfortable getting out of my car or even driving down the street without getting stared down, then it's just not worth it to me.

Apparently someone at the title company gave them a copy of a blank note to use as a template, that didn't include any of that; and they are under the impression that by crossing out the interest provision and term provision, that means that there's no interest or payments that need to be addressed, and if it doesn't sell in the 2 years it will be addressed and negotiated then.Can you please answer this to back me up?

New notes will generally get lower offers too.Why not fill in some blanks in this matter so more specific suggestions might be made for you
