I had a fire & they paint 100% of the restoration in a prompt manner.  

I marked up every document and sent them back for corrections which were promptly done.

If not then they may need to start missing payments to help prompt a sale. 

This issue can be avoided completely by transferring the property into a land trust.While a transfer to an LLC will cause alarms at the bank and prompt them to send you a letter, a transfer to a trust will not.
