It looks like we had near identical situations.

I almost invested in a near identical scenario in Orlando a few years back.

He stands-up these identical 3000sf, stick-built homes in 6 months or less.

But it is fairly easy to judge what is better if you are dealing with guaranteed rates of return, if you have a mortgage rate of 6% and a guaranteed rate of return of 6% the effect of prepaying is identical to paying into the investment.
