I've been generous with short-term and long-term Tenants that just can't get their poop in a group.

The guy wants "30k FIRM" for the property saying it's worth $78k on Zillow...but the few comps I've looked at in the area only support an ARV of about $45k (and even that may be a little generous).

Houses are going within days of being listed and they are being listed at much higher than I think they are worth, or could justify paying for them even given generous STR numbers and potential appreciation. 

Basically there’s not very many deals that have a ton of meat on the bone to give everyone generous portions. 

A generous tenant allowed a friend to stay who was breaking up with her husband.  

make your offer to the seller offer them a generous interest rate with no points  say 9 to 11%  that could swing the deal for you..

I have a car loan and credit card with NFCU and they have always been very generous.

Lots of great info on the site…and the forums/ability to get near-instant feedback from experienced (and generous with their time) investors is fantastic. 

Even with a generous grace period, although the tenant is current on rent, there are late fees from 3 months' rent on her balance. 

Although that was generous of him we knew it wasn't realistic.
