The property is comprised of four 2b/1ba units in the South Dallas-Fair Park neighborhood and is right across the street from a large industrial plant.

After having multiple potential buyers want to look at the home- because the comps look great and I have it under contract for a great price- but then not even willing to come view the property because there is a water renewal plant across the street (I know, what was I thinking), I have hit a road block.

It is bigger (about 19,900), and has more than one thing going on (University of Central Missouri, the Gates/Hawker/Enersys plant). 

The only decent school district anywhere around is Plant in Tampa, and those homes have gotten very expensive.  

I've been to the festival a few times as well.How is the Plant City market?  

The upfront money and monthly fees are well worth never having a call from the water testing company that the well is no good or the sewer plant needs to be redone.

Family will potentially read it and it at least plants a seed.

As someone who works construction in the  plant buy the Mississippi river. 

I am in the plant industry as well and everyone i have talked to that is headed to the Sasaw plant says they cant find rentals in A HR radius.

We also pay $100.00 once a year to have an annual trimming done on the trees.When you scale it makes much more sense just to strip everything down and lose the curb appeal, when we go to sell a property we install all new "pretty" plants and have the landscape look brand new for marketing.
