Property possibly in probate soon
I just got a tip of someone passing away yesterday that lives close to a family member. He lived alone but has relatives. Whats a good timeframe to contact family? I'm thinking some weeks.

It's plenty I don't know in real estate. The whole point me being here reading and asking questions. How can someone learn if you have to sit and think how someone else would "interpret" your question of a subject you know nothing about?
