I am a technology guy who learned on my own time and aggressive pursuit of information and people.

Each one is unique and they keep on adding new features as technology changes. 

They are using a different platform than I am used to, probably because of the sheer volume of members and the breakout into the pods, etc and I am not the best with technology.
